Quick, Easy Workout that burns SERIOUS calories
Lots of people want to know how they can do a simple, fast workout from home without any fitness equipment and still get a great workout.
Here is one of my favourites and a workout I regularly do myself, particularly if I am short of time.
The key is you need to push as hard as you can and take as little rest between exercises as you can. That will give you the best results.
This workout is made up of 3 simple exercises, the press-up, the squat and the sit-up. Most people will have dome them before, but make sure you get the technique right to get the most out of it.
10 Set Circuit
1/ Squats – Stand upright, squat down until thighs are parallel to floor, then push back up through heels of your feet. 15-20 reps
2/ Press Ups – On all fours on or toes (depending on fitness level), lower your body all the way down towards floor, then push back up. 10-15 reps.
3/ Sit Ups – Sit on floor and hook your feet under a chair/sofa. Lower all the way down so shoulders touch the floor then lift back up. 10-15 reps.
Repeat 10 times.
I have put a varied rep range down as it really depends on your fitness and strength how many you should do. Just push as hard as you can and do as many as you can. You should be able to improve the number each times you do the workout.
